Max provided analysis financial modeling that helped our management team understand payback and return on investment for a consolidation of our contact manufacturing production, packaging, inventory and distribution across every scenario. This made presenting to our board and acquiring the necessary funding to execute our strategy a much easier process. The project resulted in the consolidation of 3, 120,000 SqFt manufacturing, warehouse and distribution buildings into 2 buildings that decreased their rental costs by 40% and gave them landlord funded improvement capital that improved their brand and employee retention.
